PART V: EP ENDORSEMENT

Philipp Stobbe from Germany “I really appreciated participating in Global Passport Project 2013 at AIESEC FTU Hanoi. I got to know a lot of interesting and amazing people from Vietnam and all over the world that I will never forget. I experienced living in a real Asian quarter without any tourist or travelers and got to know the Asian way of living... I will really miss having dinner in

street kitchens, drinking egg coffee in the old quarter or playing King’s Cup in the Green Pepper in Ta Hien.

The time ran and it was never boring. I am really sad that my internship came to an end but I will never forget these weeks. I will miss the city and the people but I will never forget them. I hope to see some of them again, maybe in Vietnam, in Germany or anywhere else in the world.”

Zan Chowdhury from the UK

“My time in Vietnam was amazing. My cultural understanding of Vietnamese and Asian life in general has flourished. I feel like since Vietnam I have greatly grown as a person and would recommend this opportunity to everyone. I have made wonderful friends, have been looked after by the most amazing people (the organizing committee) and have experienced Vietnam to the fullest. The food if at time questionable was fantastic, riding a motorbike for the first time in my life through the crazy streets of Hanoi was indescribable and scared the best out of me but would gladly do it again. The people of Vietnam are the friendliest people I have met and seeing the community

bond they have was amazing. All In all I feel like Hanoi is now my second home and something that will always be remembered and I will be returning in the near future to this incredible country”.

Alard Snippe from the Netherlands

Doing a GCDP internship with AIESEC FTU Hanoi has given me the opportunity to meet and work with a lot of people from all over the world. Preparing and delivering classes for the Vietnamese students has been a lot of fun and I have learned a lot from it. I learned how to present myself and my country to people from a different culture, how to work in a multicultural environment and to take responsibility for my work. I will always remember the great OC and the fellow interns who I worked with.

All in all I have to say that this internship has been the time of my life. I enjoyed every single minute and I will cherish the memories forever.
