Tran Khac Hao is the second generation of VP ICX of
AIESEC FTU HCMC. If Van Anh set the foundation for
ICX, Khac Hao is the one who build a strong foundation
for the whole AIESEC Vietnam, in term of theory and
system.

During this term, there is a lot of crisis in ICX in term of
HR. Salesmen of ICX are all strong, high skills and core
salesforce of LC so they have high self-confidence and
isolated themselves from others and weren’t active in
LC activities. After a duration, they leaked out and
most of them weren’t regconized as alumni.

Due to the limited capacity at that time,
process is focused on sales steps only.

14-17 people As the result from HR crisis in the last term, there are just
7 people left in ICX but some of their performances are
freezing. To kick off the performance, there was a kick
out of inactive members in ICX. After this event, just 3
people stayed. Then recruitments in March & July 2010
brought the new wind into ICX with 14 savvy and strong
members.
