VOCATIONAL TRAINING OFFICER CERTIFICATE

COURSE OBJECTIVE:

This training program is to produce competent instructors as the requirements of 652

(NASDA) Standard 6 and meet the criteria as PP / PPD, namely:

"Having at least SKM in the field of vocational instructors or vocational teaching certificate or

teaching vocational training certificates recognized by JPK / MLVK"

FRAMEWORK OF LEARNING TRAINING:

Adopt NOSS Vocational Training Officer (P-031-3) as a basic guideline.

The duration of the course are nine months including Vocational Methodology for 3

months in CIAST and Training Internship for 6 months at the Institute for Training in

Public or Private.

Graduates will be awarded the MALAYSIAN SKILLS CERTIFICATE LEVEL 3

VOCATIONAL TRAINING OFFICERS from the Department of Skill Development

(DSD).

QUALIFICATION:

1. The applicant is a citizen aged between 18 to 35 years

2. a) pass in SPM or its equivalent with pass in Bahasa Malaysia (BM); and

b) Has any one of these following qualifications:

i. Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 3; or

ii. Malaysian Skills Diploma (DKM) level 4; or

iii. Malaysian Skills Advanced Diploma (DLKM) Level 5

JOB OPPORTUNITY:

Graduates can apply for a vocational instructor at the Institute for Training in Public or

Private.
