Oladapo Egbeyemi is an Accountant and the Chief Executive Officer of Worthwhile Ventures Limited, a trading concern and owners of Locks and Switches. He graduated in Accounting from the University of Lagos in 1985, starting his career as a banker with Nigeria International Bank (Now Citibank Nigeria Ltd) in 1986 and later moved to Chartered bank Limited (Now IBTC Chartered) as a pioneering member of their team. He left commercial banking in 1994 Commercial Trust Bank as a deputy general manager of Commercial Trust Bank, in 1994 to start Worthwhile Ventures as the MD/CEO.He sits on several boards including Cornerstone Insurance Plc, Cornerstone Leasing and Investment Company, Sloane Communications Limited, Ladybird Investment and Goldbanc Management Associates Limited.

Akin Osinbanjo is the Joint Managing Partner of Abdulai, Taiwo & Co, and former Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice of the Ogun State Government of Nigeria (July 2003-May 2011). He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1986, serving as Counsel to the Ministry of Justice, Kwara State of Nigeria (1986), before joining Abdulai, Taiwo & Co in 1987, and became Partner in 1993 and Joint Managing Partner in 2011. Akin Osinbajo has represented several international clients in major cross border commercial litigation and also assisted several international and local clients in analysing, evaluating and advising on various claims and litigation, and rendering reports on the prospects and options available.

Taiwo Taiwo is the Chairman of Lexham Investments, owners of Shonny Investments & Properties Company and founding Chairman of Atlantic Hall School, Lagos. She has over 35 years' experience in the real estate industry as a developer both in the UK and Nigeria covering the commercial and residential markets. She has a Bachelors in French & History from the University of Lagos, after which she furthered her education at Ecole Hotelier de Genève, Switzerland and completed in 1975. She joined Shonny Investment & Properties Company in 1975, running its Maryland Hotel subsidiary. She is also the founding President of the Lagos Millennium Group on the Environment (LIMGE) and founder of the Aart of Life foundation.

Mr Leye Taiwo (Chief Executive Officer)

Leye Taiwo is the Managing Director and founder of Troloppe Property Services, and has been responsible for steering the business into its current position from inception to date as well as signing major strategic international and local partnerships. Prior to setting up Troloppe, he worked in financial advisory with Standard Chartered Bank and First Bank of Nigeria and holds a Masters in International Business from Webster Graduate School, Regents College, UK and a Bachelors in Law and Marketing from the University of the West of England, Bristol.

Mr Jonathan Millard

Jonathan Millard is a Canadian national with 10 years' experience studying, living and working in east and West Africa. He has had a constant engagement in Lagos since 2008. Prior to joining Troloppe he served in an advisory role on projects in sectors including telecoms, real estate, oil and gas, transportation infrastructure, and urban planning. Most recently, he spent 5 years with McCabe and Partners a boutique corporate finance and strategy consulting firm, founded in 2006 by former McKinsey & Company consultants that focuses exclusively on advising clients in sub-Saharan Africa. Jonathan is also a Director of Real Estate for LBH Limited, advising on real estate holdings in excess of $50m US in Lagos and Abuja. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management from Ottawa's prestigious Arthur Kroeger College and an MSc in African Studies from the University of Oxford where he completed his dissertation on investment in Real Estate in Lagos. Jonathan is our Chief Operating Officer and has special responsibilities to provide leadership in the Agency and Brokerage, Research, and Advisory Units.
