The Manor HouseThe original house, built on the site in 1899, comprises 7,720 square feet of space and is a magnificent and imposing residence which was converted to residential use by the current owners in 2015. It has been the subject of extensive internal refurbishment to include rewiring, re-plumbing, the installation of new high efficiency oil fired boilers and the creation of four bathrooms, and a very impressive 44 feet long kitchen/breakfast room with a fitted kitchen built to order by Cheltenham Bespoke Kitchens, panelling and secondary glazing throughout.

The ceiling height in the kitchen/breakfast room was raised both within the original area of the house and in the single storey extension during the conversion works in 2015 with a five metre high vaulted ceiling created within the single storey extension. LocationKenilworth Road is a highly sought after location within walking distance or a short drive from the famous Leamington Parade.
