Welcome to week 7.
Our intensive swimming program begins today and I would like to thank our Austswim trained teachers who are conducting the lessons every day. I would also like to thank Mrs Fealy who was successful in gaining a grant to cover all pool costs for this year. How fortunate that our students are receiving their full swimming tuition free of charge!
Today I would like to acknowledge the work of our Scripture teachers, as most of them finished up their lessons last week. On behalf of our students and staff, thank you for giving up your time and volunteering to come into our school to provide religious instruction to our students. We appreciate your contribution to our school.
This Friday is our final Kindergarten orientation session. It has been wonderful seeing how well our new students have settled and enjoyed their time at “big school”- we can’t wait to see you all in 2020!
Enjoy your week!

Welcome to Seeds Family Day Care, Seeds is an educational environment focusing on Primary Aged Children in Before and After School Care. Approved through Bland Temora Family Day Care and working alongside families who require early starts and late finishes I meet the needs of the families and children in care. Attending after school sports is not an issue, as I have my own children who are very active members of the community who require attendance to their after school activities on top of the programmed activities my service provides. With over 6 years Family Day Care Experience and over 11 years parenting experience I am sure I can help you out. So if you would like to know more please feel free messaging to find out more.

Kindergarten Orientation News DAY 3
Last Friday was the third Kindergarten Orientation session and the first full day for our smallest students! We are pleased to say, the students were AMAZING. There was a packed schedule of cutting activities, outdoor play, craft, yoga and lunch orders and they all got through the day with energy to spare. It was lovely to have recess and lunch at the same time as the regular school children, and have a chance to play with more children in the kindergarten play area. See you all again next Friday at 9:30am for our last session (another full day, pick up time is 3:00pm).

Never Give Up!
When you’re feeling down, You’ve got to turn it round. Just give it a go, Then it will glow. You need to stay strong, No matter how long. Put a smile on someone’s face, And help them tie a shoelace. Never give up, And fill up the cup. Spread kindness like pixie dust, Then it will turn into trust. You should be proud, And say it out loud.
Never Give Up If things go bad as they sometimes will. If the road you’re travelling seems uphill. Sometimes you’ll win, sometimes you’ll lose, you will make mistakes that sometimes bruise You’re a fighter, look at what you’ve overcome. I know it’s hard, but you must try, even when you want to sit and sigh. Even as broken as you may feel, never give up when you’re this near. You fight for what you want, be strong, but not rude, because no one is perfect in or out. it may not work but maybe it will, so keep on going, do your best and never give up. By Lilly Smith
As part of our Bounce Back program students had to write a poem titled ‘Never Give Up’….. Here are two from 6 Blue
