BOOK CLUB

Brochures for Issue 7 of Book Club have been handed out

and all orders are due back at school by tomorrow

TUESDAY 24TH OCTOBER.

This is the second-last book club for 2017 and there’s

loads of wonderful ideas for Christmas so don’t miss out.

Senior Excursion

The 3rd payment of $60 for the senior excursion was due

West Wyalong Public School is once again participating in Operation Christmas Child for Samaritans Purse. Boxes have been delivered and need to be filled by

Friday 27th October. We would welcome the donation of items to fill these boxes, please see the brochure

below for ideas. Thank you.

West Wyalong Public School is participating in

the parade for

“Aussie Fest in the West”

Saturday 28th October.

Please assemble for the parade by 12noon on

the cnr of Operator and Main Streets in front of

Davies Automotive. The parade will end at

McCann Park.

Notes have been sent home today all families.

Please return notes if your child/children would

like to participate in the parade.

Get your Aussie costumes ready!

5/6 Excursion Raffle

5/6 are selling raffle tickets to raise money for their 5/6

excursion to Canberra.

Tickets are $1 and are being sold at the Supermarket.

Students who are in Year 5 this year and are considering going to a selective

high school in 2019 need to apply on-line as directed above. Forms are

available at the Front Office for those who don’t have access to the Internet.
