Brentwood Science Lab By Ryan Pedersen Institutional Readiness One of the largest STEM grant projects is the construction of a new science lab at the Brentwood center. The new 32 student lab has increased from its originally planned size to 1,763 square feet and will allow for both Biology and Physics labs to be offered in Brentwood in upcoming semesters. The plans will be submitted to the city of Brentwood for approval and it is expected that the lab will be ready to occupy and begin set up this June. Sections of both General Biology (Bio 10) and Biology for Biology majors (Bio 20 and 21) will be offered starting in the Fall semester. Following this, new Physics offerings will be available as well. Currently over 2,200 students attend courses at the Brentwood Center which currently has no science lab. Institutional Readiness

One of the largest STEM grant
