Carmel-by-the-Sea: Person reported theloss of her purse in the area of the SPCABenefit Shop in the Barnyard shopping centerarea. Courtesy information was taken in theevent property is turned in at CPD. Victim isfiling a report with MCSO.
Carmel-by-the-Sea: The night manager ofan inn at Monte Verde and Ocean called to
report a male subject yelling and talking tohimself in the main lobby. Units responded andlocated the subject as he was beginning tocause a disturbance in the restaurant. He wasescorted out of the building and was issued averbal notice to keep off the premises. He saidhe understood the notice and he was informedif he returned the management would presscharges for trespassing. He again stated heunderstood.
Carmel-by-the-Sea: Fire engine and ambu-lance dispatched to a store at Junipero andSixth for a water evacuation, for removal ofapproximately 5,000 gallons of water with aportable pump from the exterior north side of
the store, due to a clogged area drain.

Carmel-by-the-Sea: Person reported find-ing a large black male Labrador dog onJunipero Street with no collar or tags. Dogtaken to station and lodged in temporary ken-nels. No chip was located on the dog. The dogowner called, and the dog was later released tothe owner.
Carmel-by-the-Sea: Traffic accident onMountain View resulted in injury.
Carmel-by-the-Sea: Vehicle found onDolores Street with the car key in driver door.The key was taken for safekeeping, andattempts to contact the owner were met withnegative results.

Carmel-by-the-Sea: Telephone relay fromCHP reporting a verbal dispute between a maleand a female subject on Ocean Avenue. Callerwas concerned, due to the amount of yellingbetween both parties. The caller saw the femalesubject exit a vehicle, and she appeared to havefallen when she exited. The person was unsureif the female fell or was pushed from the vehi-cle. Vehicle was not moving at the time.Contacted the female driving the vehicle. Noinjuries were observed, and the female statedshe and her husband were in a verbal dispute.She exited the vehicle during the dispute andthen got back in. A few minutes later, they weredriving down Scenic, and the argument contin-ued. The male subject stopped the vehicle anddecided to walk away. Female subject left thescene and headed home, while the male subject
walked from the scene. Male subject’s locationwas unknown. Verbal dispute only.
Carmel-by-the-Sea: A juvenile was play-ing on a bench at an unknown location in thecity and fell. The juvenile’s father took thejuvenile to CFD, where she was treated forminor abrasions and then later transported byher family to CHOMP. The location of the inci-dent was not known.
Carmel-by-the-Sea: CFD, CRFA and CPDresponded to the area of Dolores and Secondon a report of a female subject lying in theroadway. Upon arrival, it was determined thatthe subject was highly intoxicated and was notin need of medical attention. The 49-year-oldfemale subject was taken into custody, bookedand transported to Monterey PoliceDepartment jail.
Carmel-by-the-Sea: Fire engine dis-patched to Santa Fe and First for an electricalwiring/equipment problem. Investigation founda large fallen tree being held up by power andcommunication wires. PG&E and city forestercontacted to respond. CPD controlled traffic inthe area. CFD remained on scene for overallscene control and safety.
Carmel area: Father reported juvenile sonhad run away from home.
Pebble Beach: Deputies responded to apanic duress alarm at a residence. Found forcedentry into the home. They found that there wereno emergencies inside the home.
Carmel Valley: Person reported severalsubjects were involved in a fight at a CarmelValley Road address. Three subjects were takeninto custody.
