Biography Sira Srisuksai Manager, Debt and Capital Markets PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited Contact Details: Mobile: (66) 81 8904433 Email: [email protected] Sira Srisuksai joined PTT Plc. in 2008 responsible for fund-raising and debt-portfolio management. In 2011, he moved to PTT Exploration and Production Plc. (PTTEP), the flagship oil and gas exploration and production subsidiary of PTT Plc. looking after its treasury management function. In June 2015, Sira assumed his current role as Manager of the Debt and Capital Markets function, where he is responsible for the setting up intracompany funding structures to ensure the efficiency of internal fund movement within PTTEP group companies, and also for securing optimal external funding from debt and capital markets. At PTTEP, Sira has led several strategic finance projects including implementing its treasury transformation to increase global efficiencies. He also helped the company obtain approval and implement the first USD cash sweeping process in Thailand, and further helped PTTEP to become the first Thai corporation to receive a Treasury Center License from the Bank of Thailand. In addition, with his idea and being the key person of implementing the payment processing in oversea from Thai Treasury Center, PTTEP has been awarded “Best Regional Cash Management Solution” from the Asset Magazine in April 2015. He also played an instrumental role in the sharing of market practice and information with Thai Revenue Department to support them with the formulation and launch of the International Headquarters (IHQ) tax scheme, of which the Treasury Center is part of. Prior to joining PTT Group, Mr. Sira had extensive experience in Corporate Finance including fund raising and hedging activities for Thailand’s largest telecommunications conglomerate. Biography

Sira Srisuksai joined PTT Plc. in 2008 responsible for fund-raising and debt-portfolio management. In 2011, he

moved to PTT Exploration and Production Plc. (PTTEP), the flagship oil and gas exploration and production
