Action Contre la Faim (ACF) is an international non-profit making humanitarian organization working to save lives by combating hunger, disease and those crises threating the lives of children, women and men across the world. ACF started operation in Ethiopia since 1979. Currently, ACF is operating a project entitled on Supporting resilience in structurally vulnerable and shock-prone areas of Borena Zone, Oromiya Region, Ethiopia One of the objectives of the project under WASH in DRM is to enhance access safe and adequate water for targeted communities. As a result, ACF wants to purchase Twenty-two (22) India Mark II Extra Deep well Pumps. 2. The Country Coordinating Mechanism, Ethiopia (CCM/E) has planned to convey a Country Dialogue on the development of the joint TB-HIV concept on 15th August 2014.
The purpose of the Country Dialogue is to identity priority areas for the Concept Note through the broad participation of Stakeholders.
The Meeting for the Country Dialogue will be held on Friday 15th August 2014 at Consortium of Christian Relief and Development Association (CCRDA) and will start at 9:00 AM.
All TB and HIV Stakeholders as well as interested individuals are invited to participate in the Country Dialogue.

2. Background
Forum for Environment (FfE) is an Ethiopian Resident Charity Organization that deals with environment and climate change related issues to bring about sustainable development. It deals with the following thematic areas: Forestry, Protected Areas, Urban Environment, Renewable Energy, and Climate Change.
One current area of activity of the organization is enhancing the public awareness on climate change through broadcasting in TV and Radio programs. Accordingly, Forum for Environment (FfE) in partnership with the Ministry of Environment and Forest (MEF) is seeking a professional for the setting up/installation of an Audio visual production studio as part of its SCIP Climate Change project entitled Enhancing the Public Awareness on Climate Change through Broadcasting in TV and Radio Programs.
Therefore, FfE would like to invite all qualified/experienced studio experts to submit a proposal including cost of labors, materials and set up.

The Ethiopian Kale Heywet Church Development Program (EKHCDP) has been implementing EED/Bftw supported Integrated Rural Development Projects in Kutcha, Kamba and Arbaminch districts of Gamo Goffa Zone, and Misha, Duna and Lemo districts of Hadiya Zone aimed at ameliorating the food insecurity problems and related socio-economic and environmental bottlenecks, so as to improve the livelihood status of the project beneficiaries for the last three phases of the project.
During these times the projects established project owned technology training and demonstration centers, bull service station for cross breeding program and the like which contributed towards the improvement of the livelihood status of the beneficiaries.
Currently these projects are in the process of phasing out. And as an exit strategy EKHC wishes to hand over the project activities and resources to the existing and/or newly established community based organizations (CBOs) like marketing cooperatives, business groups and self help groups and also the church, as some of the nurseries were established in the territories of church compounds while ensuring that the achievement of development goals is not jeopardized. In this regard building the administrative and management capacities and identifying the gaps and possible solutions will help to ensure the sustainability of program activities after withdrawal of the projects from the project areas.
In this regard the role of an external consultant will be crucial especially by providing technical support to the project managers, staffs and also CBO leaders through advisory support during his /her visit to project sites , supporting in preparing and revising manuals and bylaws, participating during training of CBOs and staff in sustainability aspects and also identifying the gaps during the implementation of the projects in the past and their possible solutions and points of recommendation for future programming.

Call for Consultancy The Consortium of Reproductive Health Associations (CORHA) is an umbrella organization that exists mainly to create an enabling and conducive environment for its member organizations so as to contribute to improvement of the overall Reproductive Health (RH) conditions of all people in Ethiopia. Recently, CORHA has started implementing a three year project entitled Enhancing the Capacity of NGOs for Quality FP/MCH Services with funding from United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
