As a Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Continuing Scholar, you will engage in research experiences to prepare for junior and senior level coursework at CSU, cultivate relationships with faculty and staff at each institution and receive substantial scholarship support. Upon graduating from Tri-C,® you will seamlessly transition into CSU’s Honor College.

While attending Cleveland State University, receive full in-state tuition scholarships through the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Honors College.

Other financial support

Receive substantial stipends for participating in two summer research experiences offered by faculty at Tri-C and CSU.

Receive a new laptop during your second year at Tri-C.

Seamless transfer

Have access to staff at both institutions, dedicated to your successful transition between Tri-C and CSU.

Requirements

Be a student in good standing with the Mandel Scholars Academy

Maintain a 3.5 or higher cumulative GPA

Complete an associate degree from Tri-C within two years of admission to the Mandel Scholars Academy

Complete a bachelor’s degree from CSU within two years of transfer

Participate in summer research experiences conducted at both Tri-C and CSU
