Pitt Program Council Loves Snow Sports! We took advantage of the cold Pennsylvania weather and traveled to Hidden Valley and Seven Springs for Late Night Snow Tubing and a day on the slopes! 56 students were able to go to Hidden Valley for an evening of tubing down our private slope. The Pitt students who attended enjoyed the activity as well as not having to wait in long lines! At Seven Springs, students spent an entire afternoon either skiing or snowboarding at the resort. Some students decided to take lessons and others braved the slopes on their own. The 120 students enjoyed the snow that day.

Spring LecturesThe Lecture Committee hosted two lectures this Spring Semester. They invited MTV’s Nev from Catfish and Law and Order SVU’s Ice - T to campus to share their stories with students. Nev discussed the importance of following your dreams and offered tips to students about fulfilling relationships and online safety. Ice - T shared how he has made the best of his experiences to shape who he

is today. Students enjoyed both events!

@MavSlade: Ice - T is one of my favorite lecturers I've ever seen. #PittLovesIceT

@CaitIinAM826: Nev was unexpectedly inspiring last night. Thanks @NevSchulman @wedopittevents !!!

Paintball

A bus load of students attended our beginners Paintball Late Night this semester. The Travel Committee planned this off campus event and it was a hit! Students had a good time running around the courts and playing games with their friends. It provided the opportunity for fun

study break on a Thursday night.

Students packed the WPU Assembly Room for our Pinterest Party Late Night. We provided materials for everyone’s favorite Pinterest crafts. The biggest hits of the evening were the crayon craft pictured above and our jewelry making station. The 100 participants gained new crafting

expertise and dorm decorations!
