YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze existing marketing program execution and identify appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and program metrics based on product/company objectives. Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with various teams within the company to guide workflow and communication between company and corporate headquarters in Austria (mainly in German language). Organize and evaluate company trade show presence in North America, including booking, vendor communications, scheduling, setup, shipping and after show surveying. Research dental laboratory market and create marketing instruments based on findings. Create effective surveys for training, market and customer evaluation. Create effective lead generation tools to support sales initiatives. Work closely with the corporate marketing team and overseas marketing agency to create effective marketing tools, i.e., print and online ads, mailings, etc. Manage workflow with publications and other marketing channels to establish successful programs and measures to aid in driving awareness of the brand on the North American market. Communicate with North American distribution partners and assist with collaborative marketing campaigns and projects, as well as the supply of needed marketing and sales support materials. Create and manage email campaigns for the North American market, including product newsletters, lecture and trade show mailings and company updates. Manage and update the North American social media channels of the company (Facebook, Twitter, Linked In). Work with key opinion leaders on development and execution of programs and lectures to support introduction of new technologies and products and/or expand awareness of existing solutions, and to secure key insights regarding market opportunities and challenges. Direct North American marketing vendor relations, such as print and media partners to establish effective marketing materials and channels. Contribute to creation and editing of graphical content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, etc. Assist with North American Marketing budget planning and forecasting. Coordinate the company's Continuing Education programs with the NADL, ADA and AGD, including course registrations, descriptions, communications and the collection of required information.
