Summary Real estate investment in Manhattan Beach properties picked up in March as total sales and the sales-listing ratio spiked 113.3%

and 92.6% (respectively speaking), median days to sell increased 68.3%, and net listings improved 10.8%. The median days to

sell data point change 29.4%. Year-over-year months of inventory metric remained steady at 4.0 from March 2016 to 2017.

In February, C.A.R. reported “despite the back-to-back monthly price decline, February’s median price still registered a 7.6

percent increase from the revised $444,780 recorded a year ago.”
