Outlook for May

Real estate market performance for Manhattan Beach was simply outstanding during the month of April!

Compared to March, all major indicators produced encouraging results including, but not limited to, a 36.4%

increase in sales, $133K bump in the market median sales price, and a 20.5% improvement in total listings.

A year-over-year analysis for April revealed essentially the same, and that is the market is gaining strength.

“What can I expect in May?” you ask. Great question! Based on the last 3 months of MLS data it appears

there is no reason to conclude otherwise – we expect the Manhattan Beach real estate market to continue

trending in a positive direction. Thus, with the summer season drawing near buyers and sellers should

contact us soon so that we can initiate efforts to serve your respective best interests. Right now is definitely

the time to get organization in preparation for making critical decisions that will soon affect your future.
