Outlook for DecemberCompared to October 2013 data, total residential properties sold during November remained the same at29. Trending slightly negative is the increase in median days to sell and a decline in total number of newlistings. Trending positive, however, is the 31.3% increase in median sales price, 32.4% improvement ofthe sales/listing ratio, and the 25% decline in the amount of time it takes to turn over inventory.
Projections for December, noting seller and buyer activity normally declines during the holiday season, itis expected that the Manhattan Beach residential real estate market will continue this trending behavior.
