The Infinite Game Simon’s new book is called The Infinite Game and it explores the comparison between those who play the infinite game vs those who play the finite game. Finite players are preoccupied with “winning” or “being number one” or “beating their competition.” Infinite players, in stark contrast, play to stay in the game rather than beat or overpower anyone. He will explore how this simple, elegant distinction plays out in the interaction between businesses, the tensions that arise between those with a finite vs infinite mindset and how that mindset dictates their behaviors. HR is an infinite game. It is about people and culture - it requires persistence, continuous improvement and unconventional thinking. Do you know what game you’re playing?

THE UNSHAKABLE OPTIMIST. Described as “a visionary thinker with a rare intellect,” Simon Sinek teaches leaders and organizations how to inspire people.
