Some Tips to Stay Healthy During Summer Season:Don't Overeat: Eat light to feel light and keep yourself healthy.

Skip Tight-fitting Clothes: Tight, skin-fit clothes hamper air circulation, increase sweating and cause discomfort. Loose-fitting, light-colored clothes will keep you cool all the day.

Exercise: Summer is the time to get outside, especially in the mornings. If you want to be in shape with a good health then, get involved with some healthy exercises. There is no better time than now.

Reduce Tea and Coffee: Being a diuretic, too much tea and coffee can cause increased urination; this leads to water loss and dryness of skin.

Avoid Fried Food: Eating excessive fat or fried food leads to lethargy, as it slows down the digestive process. It also affects the skin, making it unhealthy and dull.

Maintain Good Hygiene: Bath twice daily, during summers to get rid of sweat and body odors. Use prickly heat talc to keep yourself from sweating.

Take Vacations: People who take vacations are healthier and live longer than people who don’t. It doesn’t have to be expensive or fancy. In fact, camping can be rather fun and low-cost. Just do it.

Be Good to Your Eyes: To protect your vision at work and at play, wear protective eyewear. When outdoors, wear sunglasses that block at least 99% of ultraviolet A and B rays.

Stay Cool and Rehydrated - Dehydration occurs when your body does not have enough fluid to function properly. Drink water, at least two to four cups (16-32 ounces) on rising.

Avoid Direct Sun Exposure: Between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm, it's best to stay out of the sun, since its ultraviolet rays are at their peak.
