Zenlinx in TLP LEAD: we engage external partner Zenlinx. Ltd as our LEAD training partner, and also their product PRISM as one of the needs assessment methodology !PRISM is a evaluate report that tells the examinee's preference of behavior when dealing with problem, it separate our brain in to 4 energy colors, and base on the report of different person the training program can be customized so the training and the trainee as person can be connected. also if all the team member in the are done with the PRISM, all the brain map can be combined into one team map and can be used on team bonding and team activity. !usage of PRISM in AIESEC in Taiwan: * team understanding and team problem solving * MC-LC coaching * National Functional Meeting session design (understanding your audience) more PRISM intro: http://www.zenlinx.com/en-US/about-neuroscience#neuroscience2Roll in to Taiwan Journal : Base on the Masrow model and inner and outer journey to design the framework.
