Types of Exchange Opportunities
1. Management Internship (MT): They are internships around management issues. Generally, they are focused on marketing, business administration, accounting, finance and human resources.
2. Development internships (DT): They are internships around community development issues. Generally, they are focused on social sciences and voluntary work.

3. Technical Internships (TT): They are internships in and around technology issues. Generally, they are featured on IT, electric, architectural and communication engineering.
4. Educational Internships (ET): They are internships in and around education issues. Generally, they are focused on teaching languages.

Duration of AIESEC Internships
AIESEC internships can have the duration of between 6 weeks to 78 weeks. You can leave at any time of the year depending on the opportunity.Turnaround time: 2 to 4 weeks to get an internship
The duration of the internships depends on the preferences of the company and the students.

How can I join the AIESEC Global Internship Program?
These simple steps will lead you to successfully undertake an AIESEC Internship:
1. Approach an AIESECer and express interest in the internship program or send a mail to [email protected]
2. Attend a personal interview.3. Fill in an application form4. Present your CV with your photo.5. Pay 40% of the Administrative cost: $120 (2040birr) for
Management and Technical internships and $80 (1360birr) for Development and Educational Internships.
6. The other 60% is paid after the prospective internship has been found.

How can I join the AIESEC Global Internship Program?
These simple steps will lead you to successfully undertake an AIESEC Internship:
7. You are assisted to find an internship8. AIESEC prepares you for your internship (i.e introductory letters and other necessary documents)9. Leave Ethiopia to internship country10. Return after internship to Ethiopia.

EPExchange Participant: This refers to someone qualified to have an AIESEC internship
TNTraineeship Nominee: these are internships raised by AIESEC in companies to provide opportunity for Exchange participants to develop themselves as well as have a life exchanging experience.
