• Mechanical implementation easily supports new and retrofit installations in vehicle doorways. The direction detection of passenger flow can be configured.

• The PCN-1001 detects a person entering the active detection area and starts tracking.

• During the tracking process, the in/out counters are incremented only if a person enters the detection area, crosses the configurable door threshold line and then exits from the detection area of the opposite side.
Accurate counting is guaranteed in crowded situations with persons moving in the proximity of the door.

• Accurate counting is gurateed in crowded vehicle doorways
When the doors are closed, passengers that remain within the active detection area are counted as being IN.
When the doors open, passengers located in the part of the detection close to the doors are counted as OUT in the case they leave this area to go out.
