Duties / Responsibilities:

Assembly, fabrication, inspection, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of the entire Hydril product line.

Work closely with Engineering to develop test procedures, test fixtures, drawings, and plans for new product qualification tests

The fabrication of safe test fixtures as required by Engineering including welding. New Product Introduction qualifications on elastomers and other emerging products Field Failure Analysis on returned products in very critical rig down time scenarios Drill pipe shear qualification testing for Transocean, Diamond, Maersk, Chevron, BP, and Atwood Fatigue and temperature qualifications on elastomers for the entire Annular and Ram Blow out

Preventer product line for GE Oil and Gas / Hydril. Generate customer quotes, ordering test equipment and products for the Test and Demonstration

Facility (TDF) lab. TDF lab Safety Officer since 2011 with focus on improving housekeeping, reducing down time by

re-organizing the lab floor plan, and trip hazards, improved lifting practices, and proper crane rigging/operation.

Principally responsible for the mentorship, and supervision of new full time and temporary employees.

Primary liaison for visiting customers and third party representatives responsible for safety, personal protective equipment, and orientation.
