• Planned, Quoted and Project Managed awarded bid for $1.5M, 6 month, 3 mile long Coal
Conveyor Truss Repair project. Directly supervising a team of managers, covering sourcing and
procurement of construction machinery, planning and scheduling personal, equipment and
materials. Completed project 2 weeks early under budget - overcoming serious weather setbacks
and rented equipment failures.
• Oversaw project launch and production of C130 Airplane Hatches. Responsible for new VMC
purchase and installment, hiring supporting staff, development of manufacturing processes purchase and installment, hiring supporting staff, development of manufacturing processes
and supporting training docs and classes, implementation of QA/QC project standards, designing
and machining of C130 hatch, xturing, tooling, CAM, CAD ,assembly, testing and post processing.
• Lead ERP system integration. Appointing staff, staff training, old Mgmt system data base
conversion, new hardware procurement and installation.
• Created and implemented official job titles, reqs & descriptions and Org Chart for existing and
new hire staff for clarity to meet new ISO requirements.
•• Managed deal, awarded and manufactured Mark Cuban backed “Hydro Con” premiered on ABC
“Shark Tank”. Worked directly with the “Hydro-Con” owner to re-engineer product (DFM) to
decrease cost of mfg to help bring the product to market using CAD and 3D Printer systems to
test functional prototypes and launch in-house manufacturing.

Project Manager: Responsible for all aspects of $8M Federal District Court House contract to produce
Eco friendly Engineered Architectural solar light slats. At my arrival the project was 6months behind. By
study of mfg process, consulting with lead Architects to bring the design more closely to DFM
standards, injection of more practical production process/operations to overcome many constraints,
rejects were reduce by 48%, improved production throughput by 38%. Project completed on
