Join HSA and the Institute of Hispanic/Latino Culturesfor their annual Haunted House.

The Hispanic Student Association and La Casita have come together once again to put on the ultimate UF Haunted House! Last year was great, and this year will be even better.

Come visit Gainesville’s creepiest family the Crimsons! The Crimsons is a dysfunctional family unlike any other.

Make sure you get a group of friends to come with you...you don’t want to come inside alone.

Let everyone know you’ll be there, you’re going to want others to know your whereabouts: https://www.facebook.com/events/183361138516351

Looking for Research Participants

NARRATIVES IN NATURE

Direct and indirect exposure to natural settings has been correlated with health benefits such as improved attention span and reduced stress. This is an exploratory study intending to examine how the histories and experiences of different ethnic groups in nature affect their perceptions and preferences for natural settings. A deeper understanding of these perceptions may help designers and park managers create the most equitable and appropriate exposures to nature for different populations.

Following a brief introductory survey, you will be asked a series of questions by the interviewer on the topic of nature. Interviews will last approximately 1 hour and you will be paid $20.00 compensation for participating in this research.
