 November, it is the month of thanksgiving!  We have a lot tobe thankful for at Cornerstone University.  We are thankful forthe President, our administration, faculty and staff who pourtheir lives into our students.  We are thankful for each andevery student that the Lord has led here to help influence andmake a difference in our world for Christ.  We are thankful forthe beautiful changes in season.  We are thankful for all of

Each October, Cornerstone Students call alumni, parents andfriends of the university to invite their support of theCornerstone Student fund.  This year, 14 students called forfour weeks to help make those calls.  Maybe you connectedwith one of them! Some highlights from the phonathon include: -Dozens of alumni, friends and parents were prayed fornightly by the student phonathon callers-Topped $20,000 in donations for the Cornerstone StudentFund-The Cornerstone Student Fund is committed to students byproviding student scholarships, faculty excellence, classroomenhancements and technological improvements.-Students are thankful for your support and are encouragedby your enthusiasm to give back! 

Alexiana Stump, Freshman, "I am so incredibly thankful forthe donors because I know what a tough time most peopleare having economically, still they have a generous heart andare striving to help. It's encouraging to see that they aregiving, knowing that God will provide or giving knowing thatGod has blessed them."

Thankful for Legacy Donors Undergraduate and GRTS students are thankful foryou! Every year, undergraduate students gather with donors forthe legacy dinner and GRTS students gather for a luncheonwith their donors.  The students are able to show theirgratitude to the people who are assisting and encouragingthem through financial support.  Legacy Donors are impactingstudents more than just financially; they are able to helpimpact student’s lives for the kingdom of God.  As studentsare touching the lives of others, they often share how Godused their selfless acts of love and support to reveal Godslove to them. Students of Cornerstone University, Raya Rubino, IanGrotenhuis and Aleka Thrash spoke on behalf of all thescholarship recipients and gave thanks to all the donors at theLegacy Dinner.  Ian Grotenhuis, from Hilo, Hawaii, shared hisgratefulness for the Megumu Masada Scholarship along withAleka, from Las Vegas, Nevada, who would not have beenable to attend Cornerstone University without the threescholarships she had been awarded.  At the legacy luncheon, John VerBerkmoes shared an updateof the positive happenings on campus. Matthew Boyle sharedabout the unique bonds formed over the past three years andthe impact that will have on his ministry.  Then, BetteDickinson presented her art work, What Breathes Beneath Our

, which has been installed in the Leon Wood SeminaryStorybuilding.   You really need to visit and view it in person!
