District of Key Club International It looks like it’s that time of year again…Fall Rally season! For anyone unfamiliar with this unforgettable event, it’s one of the few yearly District Wide events District Board works together to plan, as well as Cal-Nev-Ha KIWIN’S largest fundraising and awareness event for the Pediatric Trauma Program (PTP). The Pediatric Trauma Program is a mission where we strive to develop local projects which will reduce the number of children in our three-state District who are killed or injured by trauma, ensuring all children live happy, healthy and safe lives. There are several aspects to Fall Rally North and South that has a PTP aspect to it. For example, we will be having a special keynote speaker who will talk about PTP and his or aspect to it. For example, we will be having a special keynote speaker who will talk about PTP and his or her connection to it. Another is an event we call Penny Wars. This game is played division versus division, but in the end, all proceeds go towards the Pediatric Trauma Program. So if we think about it, we’re all winners in Penny Wars!

This year we will be having Fall Rally North on November 14, 2015, and Fall Rally South on November 21, 2015. Same as the past couple of years, we will be having Fall Rally North at Maxwell Park in Manteca California. Early admission to this Fall Rally is $10.00 or $15.00 for the late fee. This does not include transpor-tation, for that extra payment is up to the school or division you serve in. Don’t miss the dust storms too much because the Fall Rally South location has changed! This year we will be having it at William Peak Park. It has an amazing view of Knotts from the park as well! Early admission for this Rally is $10 or $15 for the late fee. Something you should all note is that the only time to purchase Knotts tickets are during the the late fee. Something you should all note is that the only time to purchase Knotts tickets are during the early admission ONLY. No exception. By doing the math, members for Fall Rally South have the option of paying $10 if they reach the early fee, $15 if they are considered late, or if they would like to purchase a Knotts ticket with their early Fall Rally fee, it would be $50 in total.

The Special Projects committee and ourselves have and is still continuing to make this Fall Rally one to remember, but we can’t do it alone. We need YOUR help to make this event as successful as it can be. Please start spreading the word about Fall Rally, raise those pennies, collect and stack those books higher than a skyscraper, and last but not least, pump that KIWIN’S spirit up!
