Why it is important
Question. What do you think of when people mention company names? Their logos, right? That’s exactly the purpose of Key Club Graphic Standards. It is a type of branding and marketing that the K-Family does in order to help people in and out of the K-Family recognize the organization’s products.
In order for KIWIN’S to become stronger and identify with the other districts, Key Club Graphic Standard is something that is extremely vital in creating that connection.

-Do not stretch fonts-Focus on using two fonts to make your graphics, newsletters etc. look organized-If applying for distinguised officier award, it is required for you to follow these fonts. Using another optional display font does not affect the award-Primary Serif and San Serif fonts are recommended in formal documents

SERIF AND SAN SERIF
K KSerif fonts have ‘tails’ on the edge. Compared to the san serif letter, the edge is flat.
San serif fonts have no ‘tail’ on its edges. Its ends are flat and has a bolder effect.

WORDMARK RULES-KEY CLUB1. SPACE
There should spaces of the height and width of the ‘K’ all around the edge. This is called white space or ‘K-space’.

The wordmark can be stacked as well-making more white space available and less prone to cramping.
The wordmark can also be displayed vertically.
2. Don’t stretch, shrink, or stretch the wordmark.
3. Don’t ‘remake’ the wordmark. Keep it as it is.
4. In order to maintain the integrity of the wordmark, hold SHIFT and then drag the corners to make it bigger. This will prevent stretching.

SEAL-KEY CLUB
TIP- These seals are used on graphics, shirts, merchandises, and any official documents.
1. Space. Keep the spaces around the seal free from clutter. Use the band width as a reference.
2. The minimum seal print size=.75 inches wide. Mini-mum seal web size=54 pixels wide.
3. Just like the wordmark, do not disfigure the seal.
4. Use the Kiwanis logo on official documents.
