I. BC ODA SYNOPSIS (p.2) BC ODA will concentrate its Support to

Building Capacities of MoIC in:

ODA Policy Development

ODA Strategic Planning

ODA Information / Data Management

ODA Monitoring* &

ODA Evaluation*

Because of its Limited Timeframe and Resources, MoIC considers BCODA as a Catalyst for Capacity Building and an Umbrella Project to Streamline all MoIC’s Capacity Development Efforts

*Note: Monitoring & Evaluation of ODA related policies, plans, programmes and

projects. In particular, for MoIC, monitoring should address monitoring at all stages of

ODA cycle/processes. Similarly, evaluation should cover ex ante evaluation/

appraisal/selection, mid-term evaluation/on-going evaluation, end of programme/project evaluation, and ex post evaluation/impact evaluation.
