TIME WARNER CORPORATE – Tampa, Florida / New York, NY March 2012- Feb 2014 Director of Human Resource Systems – Full Time Corporate Position Hired to assist and build an Enterprise Global Service Center Facility in Tampa Florida to combine all Time Warner Corporate properties (Time Warner Corp, Time Inc, Warner Brothers Studios, HBO, and Turner Broadcasting properties) into one single HR and Payroll system utilizing Workday HR and Payroll and elimination of four other separate HR/Payroll platforms. Designed and developed the HRMS Team including assessment of skills needed, complete hiring of team, training on the Workday system, development of Reporting, Security, and HR Portal teams for the Enterprise system from the ground up. Developed, and implemented a SOX compliant security model for the Workday system. Once the first implementation was complete my team managed all ongoing production activities, implementing and testing updates from Workday and collaboration with the Wave 2 and 3 activities for all Time Warner properties into one single HR and Payroll platform. Developed organization, Hired, Trained and developed staff of 8 to support the Workday HR & Payroll system.
