These are some of the Draft resolutions passed at the May 5, 2016 regular council meeting:
To accept the 2015 audited financial statements completed by Brian
King of Brian King Professional Corporation as presented To approve revised policies 1201 Delegation to Council, 1202 Notice
of Council Meetings, 1203 Issuance of Accounts Payable Cheques, and 1206 Harassment
To send a letter to Flagstaff County to inform them that Heisler supports researching alternative ways of providing fire services to our citizens
Next regular council meeting: June 16, 2016 @ 7:00 pm.
If you have a concern that you would like addressed by council and wish to make a presentation, please contact the Village office at least one week prior to the meeting to fill out a delegation form. All meetings are open to the public.

represent the village as a member of the Parkland
Regional Library Board. The board meets quarterly in
Lacombe; this is a volunteer position however, meetings
and kilometres are paid. Please contact the village office

Volunteer Firefighters Meetings are once a month
County Residents are welcome to join!
Newsletter June, 2016 Our library is open every Wednesday 9-12 and 1-6p.m.
There are no membership fees. Once you have your
membership you can go online to
[email protected]. Books requested from
other libraries will carry that libraries fines when
returned late, so please renew them on line or at our
library on time.
Find us on Facebook. We are The Heisler Public Library. Please ‘like’ & ‘share’ our
page. Recommend any books you have read. Post your favorites.
If you know of a special book you would like to see on the shelves of your Heisler Library come in and we will purchase it. The library held a very successful ‘book fixing’ get together in April. If you have a book that needs repairs you are welcome to bring it to the library and we will attempt to improve its condition. You are invited to learn with us.

10 serviced camp stalls.
Rates: Campground stalls:
Full service - $24.00/night, $144.00/week, $624.00/month
Power only - $18.00/night, $108.00/week, $468.00/month
Park Only - $15.00/night, $90.00/week, $390.00/month

Sports Ground Rental $150.00 per weekend which includes the booth.
