As a courtesy only, the following list of Wedding Officiates

is being offered to assist you in the planning of your special

day. If you have not chosen someone to perform your

wedding vows, the individuals listed below have worked

with the facility. The fees and arrangements agreed upon

are between you and the officiate of your choice.

Reservation Times

9 am, 10:30 am, 12 pm, 1:30 pm, 3:30 pm, & 5 pm.

The 5 pm slot is only available with the rental of the reception hall.

Rates

9 am – 3:30 pm ceremonies, $450; 5pm ceremony, $650

Includes 75 chairs for 3:30 pm or earlier, 100 chairs for the 5 pm ceremony.

Extra chairs are available for $1 per chair, up to 125 total. A 24 hour notice is

needed for the extra chairs.

A $50 deposit is due at the time the ceremony is booked.

The remainder of the balance is due the week of the ceremony.

General Information

~All ceremonies must begin and end on time.

~All decorations, props, music, officiate & rehearsals must be provided by the

wedding party.

~Wedding parties are to arrive dressed, and no earlier than 1 hour before their

alotted time.

~No alcohol is allowed on the grounds.

~Flower girls may drop fresh petals sparingly. No lining the aisle with petals or

throwing of petals at the bride and groom as they walk back down the aisle.

Birdseed or bubbles may be used outside only.

~During unplanted months of the year, weddings are held in the greenhouses.

Recommended maximum number of guests attending the ceremony is 125.

~Weddings will be moved into the greenhouse in weather that is unsuitable for

outdoor ceremonies.

~If planning an inside rehearsal, arrive before 4 pm. The greenhouse is open

8 am – 4:30 pm. Rehearsals after hours are on your own.

~The greenhouse staff will not be responsible for any items that are left

unattended or left behind.
