Banana Muffins

Ingredients

½ cup butter¾ cup brown sugar2 eggs2 ½ cups very ripe bananas1 tsp. baking soda¼ tsp. salt2 cups flour

Cream ½ cup butter and ¾ cup brown sugar

Add 2 eggs and mix.

Preheat oven to 350˚

Mix 2 cups flour, 1 tsp. baking soda and ¼ tsp. salt.

Mash 2 ½ cups ripe bananas.

Add bananas to butter/egg mixture…

…and mix.

Add flour mixture…

…and mix.

Add to muffin pan and bake until golden brown (~20 minutes)
