AVIC International Holding Corporation (AVIC INTERNATIONAL) was

originated from its predecessor, China National Aero-Technology Import

& Export Corporation(CATIC), which was established in January 1979, at

the beginning of China’s reform and opening-up drive. In 2008, CATIC

was restructured and renamed AVIC INTERNATIONAL.

AVIC International builds on the aviation industry in China

domestic and foreign customers for technologies & equipment

in the field of aviation. Besides, AVIC International has

advantages in the services of supply chain concerning materials

purchasing, storage, and delivery in the aviation industry.

AVIC International is a provider of sub-contracting production

and value-added services with the recognition of world-

renowned aviation manufacturers. We have built good working

relations with prestigious international aviation manufacturers

such as Boeing, Airbus, GE and Rolls-Royce. In addition,

through subcontracting cooperation we help Aviation Industry

Corporation of China, our holding company, to improve the

capacity and quality of manufacturing, preparing the latter to

become a world-class manufacturer.

BUSINESS STRUCTURE

General Aviation

With aircraft sales at the core, we provide customers with all-around butler

service from sales of new aircraft and disposal of used ones. Till now,

we have established a professional service system, containing sales of

new/used aircraft, aircraft import agency service, financial leasing, flight

training, aircraft trusteeship, and sales/repair of aviation materials. Through

this system, we can bring the highest profits and value to customers.

We have NUAA International Flying Academy to cultivate high-quality

pilots for civil aviation and general aviation, who can suit well against the

international background. Our training business covers private/business

license for helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft, training on apparatus and

high-performance subjects, and operation training on police aviation/

special aviation.

We hold Continental Motors Inc., a world leading manufacturer of small

piston aero engines and spare parts with a history of about 100 years in

Mobile, Alabama, the US.

Sales of Civil Aircraft

Relying on Aviation Industry Corporation of China and utilizing global

resources, we abide by standards of international aviation manufacturing

and conduct business of China’s civil aircraft and relevant products &

services, including market research and planning, market development,

aircraft sales, customer service, maintenance training, and aviation

materials supply. Currently, our main aircraft for export include ARJ21,

MA60, Y-12 series, AC311, AC313, and LE500.

Equipment

Based on fields of aviation product R&D, design, manufacturing, test,

and trial flight, we provide customers with whole-value-chain services of

project consultation on electronic components, supplier management,

procurement, logistics, storage, and financing. In the meantime, we do

business in automatic non-destructive testing, special-purpose machine

tool, special-purpose tool and manufacturing & technology of other

special aviation equipment. Through these services, we aim to lower the

cost and enhance the management level for the customers.

International Cooperation

Being responsible for the import of defense equipment, we are

dedicated to international cooperation and technology introduction

of key national projects. As the main import channel of AVIC and

in cooperation with the aviation industry & plants, we take charge

of procurement of aircraft (helicopter included), aviation engine,

aircraft equipment, key components, and relevant products.

Meanwhile, we provide all-around services of market development,

project consultation, implementation and management, and after-

sale services. In addition, we participate in joint development

and production of projects, which has made us an important

supplementary and driving force for AVIC’s independent and

leapfrog development.

Sub-contracting Production

We take the responsibility of integrating China’s aviation industry into the world

industrial chain, enlarging the sub-contracting production scale of China’s

aviation, and enhancing the level of sub-contracting production. Apart from

sub-contracting production of aircraft structural parts, engine parts, and

components for aircraft equipment, we also provide procurement services

of raw materials, forging and casting parts, standard parts, and non-metal

materials & tools around the world. Our customers include world renowned

aviation manufacturers such as Boeing, Airbus, Snecma and Rolls-Royce. And

we provide them with products of nose, fuselage, wings, horizontal tail, vertical

fin, rudder, cabin door, engine parts and all kinds of aviation materials.

PCB Inter-Connection

As a diversified enterprise, we are mainly engaged in the R&D and

production of high-end printed circuit boards (PCB), the process R&D

and production of multilayer package substrate with high density, and

the business of electronic assembly. The products are mainly used in the

fields of communications, aerospace, medical care, automobiles, industrial

control, etc. As one of the world’s five largest suppliers of communications

equipment, we are a main PCB manufacturer for many Fortune 500

Micro-Wave Units and Components

We are the largest producer of microwave semiconductor devices and

microwave circuits in China and have participated in key supportive

projects for the national defense in aviation and aerospace for years. We

have become a main supportive supplier of phased array radar, millimeter-

wave circuits, receiver front-end of airborne fire control radars, and
