AVIC International Beijing Company Limited (“AVIC INTERNATIONAL Beijing”

for short) was founded in 1992. It is a member of the Aviation Industry Corporation

of China (AVIC), a Fortune 500 company, and a wholly owned subsidiary of AVIC

International Holding Corporation (AVIC INTERNATIONAL). It was formerly known as

CATIC Beijing Co., Ltd. (“CATIC BEIJING” for short).

With a registered capital of RMB800 million, the main businesses of AVIC

INTERNATIONAL Beijing include cement and other building materials supply &

project general contracting; electromechanical projects general contracting; aviation

equipment import; and industrial park development & management. It has established

energy and energy-saving products, new materials, oilfield drilling rigs, oil gas pipelines, petroleum and
