Ma-Ra-Re system Utilizing LC to LC Partnership (with LC Keio University & LC
Keio SFC from Japan) Global Internship Fair event who invite LC Partner to do
Direct Recruitment Partnership with Institution (JLMC) Informal partnership with student organization for
promotion (HMIF ITB & IT Unpad) Making close friendship relation to EP (result in good NPS
score) Applying to AP Excellence Award (eventhough not selected
as the winner, but good enough for our oGIP Branding in AP)

Too focus with only one country, Japan
Still doing Trial and Error with MaRaRe system that impacted with some changing process in EP Payment
Cant really utilize the potential of market in UPI, eventhough have 1 VD for UPI
Inactive oGIP activity in Unpad for Q1 & Q2, just got the new VD for Unpad in Q3

Split your team member focus on different countries that is potential to be tapped
You cant focus on all the sub-products to be promoted in each university, find one or two that is most suitable for the university
Keep the structure with having university representative (LCVD)
Tapping more language institutions Partnership with student organizations (Himpunan) is very
effective for promotion Start to create partnership with International office or
Career center in university Keep being innovative in packaging GIP Fair
