a) I have good communication with her, because she is my senior in my majority and already graduated last year. Our home is not so far, so it’s easy to meet each other. I also go to her home to convince her parents about GIP. When I meet her or call her, but we always keep in touch with cell phone, email, and others. I also teach her, how to use myaiesec.net and she check it as long as she can.

When she get the trouble things, she always ask me what should she does and ask me to email TN manager if they can't reply our email. We're like new sisterhood and I'm happy to be her manager, she is so cooperative.

b) We checked on system the TN form and helped her to apply in Tata

Consulting Service (accounting background), email them (email contact in TN form) and asked about the process. I send her application like CV and motivation letter. she made a schedule for interview process and the result is not passed. She applied in TATA concultancy (HR backround) again, by herself. Email the manager and send the document. She made the interview schedule with TN Manager, and they share information each other (get to know EP's motivation, skill and others). And then, she has an interview with the people in TATA, Pune-India. And the result is PASSED. AIESECer and the people in charge with TATA is really quick response, they give us the clear information and flow.

c) We must know about EP needed and how to approach EP based on

their background, skill and characters. So, we can find the best quality that they have in our recruitment. We must clear to inform them about system, fee and GIP flow. With trust, we can make a good corporation and implement it well. From the beginning, ask them about their purpose to take GIP. Always communicate with them about TN, their condition and others. Even though its a little things, try to make it enjoyable for us.

a) Communication with EP b) TN hunting process

1. Prepare EP before they ready to go. What i mean here, is giving enough education to the EP. so when they apply to TN they are mentally ready. also prepare all their packages well. like the CV, the Motivation Letter, EP form, and make sure they CC the EP manager in EVERY application they do to the TN. it is so important so that you can manage your EP virtually. 2. Do contact the TN manager as well. After your EP applies, we

as the EP manager have to keep update about their progress. It is our responsibility if the TN manager doesn’t response back to contact them directly. And I think it is so much better if the TN manager knows you as the EP manager as well. Because sometime TN manager suddenly ask something that the EP cant provide, such as they ask for EP-AN before doing interview (mostly happen in India), and by knowing you as the EP manager, some TN manager usually CC their email to us as well. so that by getting that carbon copied email, we can quickly know about the requirement that the TN needs. 3. ALWAYS keep contact with your EP. not just from email, texting and Skype also. because sometime EP doesn’t have time to reply email and they can response through BBM or texting quicker. Do it like 1 text every day (if it's match) and 1 text every 2 days (if it's still looking-for-TN status) . in some cases with Rico, we usually do Skype too. especially when it comes to the departure preparation. i need to explain everything he need to prepare and it is just not so efficient to explain it through email, or texts. so we arrange a Skype meeting and we can chat and discuss many things through that. way more efficient. and since Rico is far away from me (Surabaya-Makasar), so Skype also useful for ambassador day (EP education day). since we never meet, ever. 4. Make a target, for you and for the EP as well. Tell to yourself that this month MY EP HAS TO MATCH, or MY EP HAS TO APPLY AT LEAST 20 TNs, or MY EP HAS TO GET 5 INTERVIEWS. By having target, you can have more spirit to realize those. Tell the same thing to your EP as well. Make them have their own target, like I HAVE TO GO ABROUD FOR INTERNS THIS MONTH or I HAVE TO APPLY AT LEAST 6 TNs PER DAY, and so on. It really help to encourage them to have more spirits for their dreams. 5. Help them. help help help. Support support support. dont just let the EP find the opportunity by their own. help them as best as you can. like if you see an opportunity that you think might work with your EP, tell them as quick as possible. Fast fast fast. because i am a typical working fast person, i like giving deadline and target. if you typically slow but sure person, you can apply that too :) apply whatever you feel comfortable with, so that you will love your work and it will give you more value and more learning as well :)

a) Communication with EP b) TN hunting process -Since my first meeting with my ep, namely Bima. i said to him "Match or not, it's depend on you, wanna try, independent and be confident are the key to be matched" -If you aks me how i can make a nice relation with him, is like a friend relation, not like the formal relation like a client with the consultant, but like a friend in common, the other factor is, we're from the same institute and same year at ITS Surabaya, i'm Chemical Engineering student, and he is Electrical engineering. - We like to have a meeting and sharing session in our institute, how's the way to matched and discuss everything about the matching process. - I always to make him to not forget to forward his email to me and AIESEC Surabaya mail, so it make me easier to control his progress. - I ask him to make the commitment, at least 3 opportunities to be applied, yeah nice to know that he made it, more than his own target. - Yeah, KIA Motor Germany, invited Bima to be interviewed with the HR and Communication Staff from its TN. I didnt forget to give him the interview tips, haha, i also lend him my blazer, try to be formal in interview. Wow, Bima text me, "Yeah, KIA Accepted me!" wow, so proud of him! Rock the Germany, bro!" - I think based on my story, the key is try to having the nice relation between EP and EP manager, like a friend and family, it will make the matching process easier, easier to the goal, such as matched the dreaming TN, and the dreaming country." -Nice to know him, nice to help him!
