Adobe Connect Pro is a “Pod” – based system. You use various “pods” to show what you want, such as an attendee list, a chat room, an additional “private” chat room, a polling center, a place for notes, and, of course, your “share” pod, where the material you want to present is featured, either by download or through your desktop.
Choose the Pods that are Right For Your EventThis picture shows all of the pods available to you. You can move them around, resize them or hide them depending on your needs. As a Host or Presenter, you are in control of the pods that you allow your guests to view. You can also communicate privately with other Hosts or Presenters during your event. Pre-set your desired screen features.
To enter your room, all you need to do is paste in your url and sign in. There are no codes to enter and no unnecessary downloads. Its easy for your guests, too. They just enter the same url, and their name, to join your event.
Guests see only your presentation, and any other pods that you want them to see. There are a wide variety of pod configurations to choose from, allowing you to customize your presentation to meet the specific needs of your event.
