8. Using the supplied .045” x .250” double faced tapebetween the two upper studs and the two lowermounting studs. Peel off the protective liner.

9. Carefully align the upper mesh sections over theback of the upper mesh surround, making sure thatthe mesh sections do not protrude past the sur -round edges. Press firmly to set the tape.

10. Align the assembled upper mesh grille, makingsure that the upper studs pass through the holesdrilled in Steps 5 & 6.

11. Install large black plastic washers and #8-32 ESNAhalf nuts onto the upper center studs and tighten.

12. On the upper outer corners, you will need to trimoff a portion of the large black plastic washers toclear the mounting boss on the factory grille.

13. Once trimmed and in place, install #8-32 ESNAhalf nuts and tighten (one per side).

6. Use a 1/8” drill bit to drill a pilot hole through themarks made in the previous step.

7. Enlarge the mounting holes to 5/16” from thereverse side of the grille. This will prevent damagingthe factory grille surround.
