    Front Panel Operation1. Set temperature Press button, the set temperature is displayed. Press or button again to modify and store the displayed value.Press button to exit the adjustment and display the cold-room temperature. If no more button is pressed within 10 seconds, the cold-room temperature will be displayed.2. Condenser temperature display:Press button and hold for 6 seconds, the condensor temperatuer will display and flash. After 6 seconds, it returns to normal operation.3. Evap. Sensor temperature display: Press button, evap. sensor temperature will display and flash, after 6 seconds, it returns to cold room temperature. 4. Manual start/stop defrost: Press button and hold for 6 seconds to defrost or stop defrost.5. Refrigerating LED: During refrigerating, the LED is on; when the cold-room temp. is constant, the LED is off; during the delay, the LED flashes. 6. Defrost LED:during defrosting,the LED is on;during temperature delay display after defrost,the LED flashes.7. Parameters setup Press button for 6 seconds to enter the parameter setup mode while E1 flashes. Press again button to select sequentially from the parameters: E2,E3,E4,E5,E6,E7,F0~C5,E1. Press or button, the value of parameter will be displayed and can be modified and stored. If no more button is pressed within 6 seconds, it will return to normal operation mode.

  • Function details1. Temperature control After turning on for delay time, the compressor starts operating when cold room temperature (set temp. + Hysteresis E3), and will be off when cold room temperature set temp. To protect the compressor,it can not re-start unless the time when the compressor stops every time is longer than the delay time (Parameter E4). 2. Defrosting Functions (F0=0=defrost by electric heater;F0=1=defrost by hot gas) Electric heating defrost: The defrost LED and the heater will turn on, the compressor will stop. When the defrost duration ends, the heater will stop. After 2 minutes dripping time it will exit defrost state, the compressor will start after delay time the evaporation fan will run. Hot gas defrost: The defrost LED will turn on, the valve and the compressor will turnon. When the defrost duration ends, the compressor will stop. After dripping time the valve will turn off, compressor will restart -up, after 2 minutes the fan will run. Enter the defrost status: It defrosts and heats only if the temp. of the evap. sensor is less than the defrost termination temperature (Parameter F3). Exit the defrost status:When the temperature of the evap. sensor is over the defrost termination temp. or the defrost duration end, it will exit the defrost status. When the defrost interval time is set to" 00", the function of automatic defrost will be cancelled.3. Display during defrost When setting the parameter F4=1,the room temp. is locked during defrost, and the last value before defrost is displayed. When defrost ends, normal display will be resumed after 20 minutes delay of room temp. display.(or reaches set temperature) The defrost LED flashes during the delay.4. High/low temperature overrun alarm Set temperature adjustment must be between low temperature alarm value(C3) and high temperature alarm value (C2). After the first time turning off compressor, when cold-room temperature exceeds high temperature alarm value (parameter C2), or is lower than low temperature alarm value (parameter C3), after alarm delay time (parameter C4)the display will flash,the buzzer will sound,the sound can be stopped by pressing random key. When condenser temperature reaches set temperature value (Parameter C5), if the temperature has not dropped down yet,all the control outputs will be stopped, " HI "and cold-room temperature will be displayed alternatively, the alarm buzzer will sound. When condenser temperature is lower than set temperature (parameter C5), the compressor starts according to normal temperature control. During high temperature alarm, it will stop defrosting, the compressor will start, the fan operate according to parameter F5; during low temperature alarm, the compressor will stop, it defrosts normally. The fan will operate according to parameter F5.5. Abnormal work mode: When room sensor is short-circuited or overheated (more than150 /302 ) " 1H" will display; When room sensor is open-circuited or temperature is too low (less than / ) " 1L" will display. At that time the compressor works automatically by the cycle of 30 minutes on and 15 minutes off. When evap. sensor is short-circuited or overheats (more than 150 /302 ), "2H " will display; when evap. sensor is open-circuited or temperature is too low (less than / ), "2L " will display the buzzer will sound. When Evap.sensor is short-circuited open-circuited fails, it will stop defrost state, and is just controlled by defrost duration. When condenser sensor is short-circuited or high temperature overruns ( 150 /302 ) , "3H" will be displayed alternately; when condenser sensor is open circuited or low temperature overruns ( 45 / 45 ) , "3L" will be displayed. The buzzer will sound.6. Circuit Diagram:

    8. Factory default revision: Press button to adjust set temperature well. Press button for 6 seconds to enter parameter setup mode to set the parameter and then press button again for 6 seconds, "COP " will be displayed, the stored and revised set temperature and parameter are factory default.9. The factory default resumption:press button and button simultaneously for 6 seconds, "888 " flashes, all parameters will be resumed as same as factory defaults.After 6 seconds,it returns to the normal operation.10. Lock parameters In normal operating,press button and hold for 6 seconds to lock the parameters if "OFF" is displayed (No modification is allowed),or to unlock if "ON" is displayed. Parameter can be displayed only and can not be modified if locked, but the adjustment of the set temp. is active.(the factory default is "ON" )
