Year 12 Learning at Home Support
Please find the following information to support your child while they are learning at home.
General Tips
Ensure your child knows or has securely noted down their school username and password
Your child’s email address is their username followed by @eq.edu.au
Google Chrome is the preferred internet browser and is available for download from
https://www.google.com/chrome/
Students can check their emails by browsing to https://outlook.office365.com and enter
their email address and password
Tapping the F5 key on the very top of the keyboard refreshes an internet page, this can be
used as a troubleshooting tool if you are experiencing issues loading websites
Encourage your child to organise any downloaded work into folders for each subject
If you have more than one child learning from home, please ensure you read the instructions
for switching user in each platform

1. Using Chrome, go to The Learning Place or Google the word eLearn
2. You may see a login screen like below, enter your school username and password
3. Once in eLearn, click on the appropriate course from the list
4. In the virtual classroom, use the links on the left to navigate in the classroom

5. To access other courses from this screen, click the down arrow beside the Home icon
6. If you need to sign out to allow another user to sign in, click the sign out icon

3. Click on the App launcher in the top left corner
4. Click on OneNote
