YAL CLUB YAL = YOUNG AFRICAN LEADERSYOUNG We believe that young people are the future of Africa.

Our goal is basically to train a new generation of people who are competent and willing to help Africa to become a better place.

AfricanThough Africa is said to be a continent with several resources, it is also known as the poorest continent.Our aim is to contribute in the healing of Africa in the sense that Africans have a specific mindset about a number of issues which causes them to address them in the wrong way. We basically believe that Africans have to:Be proud of who they are, what they have , and where they come from.Be educated on some specific areas.

Leaders

For one to be a leader, an individual must have the specific characteristics that can be summarized in four letters: S.V.I.C.(Sociability, Vision, Integrity and Communication). As you may know, most of our African leaders do not have those characteristics. This is mostly why our continent is in its current state.In the YAL club, students will learn how to acquire all those characteristics in order to become good leaders.
