Sacred Heart School Bauang, La Union SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT Greetings of peace and joy! We, the supreme student government officers, blessed with the authority to lead and willingness to serve the whole studentry for the betterment of our school society have the obligation to our schoolmate’s ideas and to support them at the best way we can. We all believe that goals are just step away when we, as a true family will work together and support each other. This is why, we, the SSG officers as the voice of our dear schoolmates are asking for your permission and approval to bring back jogging pants as a part of school uniform. We are looking forward for this because we are convinced that this will give us a lot of help, comfort and convenience. Here are the reasons why we need jogging pants: 1. We need jogging pants for our P.E subject. For the past school years we have to bring our own attire every time we’ll have our P.E class and activities. It’s an additional burden for us because aside from our heavy books, we need to bring the said attire. We also consume a lot of time in changing because we only have few cubicles in the C.R which then causes delay to enter in our next subject. 2. To be comparative to other Diocesan schools in the attire province and region. 3. During athletic meets, SHS students can use their jogging pants instead of providing another pair of athletic uniforms. As well as for their trainings, players can use jogging pants for more comfort and decency in playing. 4. Students, who also undergo seminars and workshops oftentimes during schooldays, are strictly prohibited to use any type of clothing but their own school uniform. The gala uniform is indeed less comfortable and inappropriate in some vigorous activities. This is why we are convinced that the jogging pants certainly have practical benefits inside and even outside the school. We also suggest changing the cloth used in the jogging pants. We suggest having the DRYFIT or the TRIFIT cloth rather than the old cloth which is made of SATIN. The cost of jogging pants made of satin cloth is more expensive than the other types of cloth. The approximate price of the old jogging pants (SATIN) is 250 and above. But our suggested cloth costs a lot cheaper, has better quality and more comfortable. These are the result of our canvassing: DRYFIT-Php 190 TRYFIT-Php 175-180 We also suggest changing the design of the old jogging pants. The name “SAGRADO” must be replaced with “SHS” because it’s more appropriate. We also suggest removing the name of the student at the side of it. The jogging pants will be used together with the Type B t-shirt, proper rubber shoes and white socks. We suggest wearing this uniform every Tuesdays and Thursdays just the same way they use it before. We would be truly grateful if you would allow us this opportunity that would benefit everybody. We hope you will give this matter reconsideration. We look forward to your positive response.

SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT

Greetings of peace and joy!

Here are the reasons why we need jogging pants:1. We need jogging pants for our P.E subject. For the past school years we have to bring our own attire every time

we’ll have our P.E class and activities. It’s an additional burden for us because aside from our heavy books, we need to bring the said attire. We also consume a lot of time in changing because we only have few cubicles in the C.R which then causes delay to enter in our next subject.

2. To be comparative to other Diocesan schools in the attire province and region. 3. During athletic meets, SHS students can use their jogging pants instead of providing another pair of athletic

uniforms. As well as for their trainings, players can use jogging pants for more comfort and decency in playing. 4. Students, who also undergo seminars and workshops oftentimes during schooldays, are strictly prohibited to use

any type of clothing but their own school uniform.

These are the result of our canvassing:DRYFIT-Php 190TRYFIT-Php 175-180

We also suggest changing the design of the old jogging pants.
