Change is in the air! Parks, Recreation and PublicFacilities experienced many changes this past year.Changes in the organizational structure provided
the opportunity or proessional growth and a reshperspective on how to most eectively manage the variety o recreation programming and our public acilities.Realigning our division under the urlock PoliceDepartment allowed us to streamline management andemphasizes the role that our division plays in enhancing
public saety. By providing quality recreation programmingand public acilities, we create opportunities to elevate thequality o lie in urlock. Changes in the orm o shrinkingbudgets and reduced stafng levels have occurred,however, the quality o work and high level o customerservice our sta provides has not wavered. Tis is a resulto the hard working men and women who work or theParks, Recreation and Public Facilities Division. Mostrecently, we changed locations! Our administrativeofces have relocated to 144 S. Broadway in the downtowndistrict, next to City Hall. We are very excited and lookorward to serving our customers in our new space. While
change is inevitable, one thing that will never change is ourcommitment to those we serve. It is our privilege to serveour community and we take tremendous pride indelivering programs and services which make urlock aspecial place to live, work and play!
