The Fund has established the necessary management practices and protocols to manage, assess and monitor investments and ensure the Fund maintains full compliance.

The Fund made one investment in 2010-11 financial year. The Fund operates and only carried on activities in accordance with its approved investment plan and that these activities related to the making and holding of investments as permitted by the Venture Capital Act 2002.
