The Long Base Mirror is the typical wing mirror used on several classic Fords.It is 112mm in diameter and manufactured from stainless steel with a cast metal chromed stem.They are not handed and can be used on either front wing. Order as part number MIRRORLB -£20.00 each.
The classic Peep Mirror was used on the driver’s door, ‘A’-post or driver’s air-vent post. Itmakes an ideal blind spot mirror for cars or a rear view mirror for foward control commercialssuch as the Ford Thames van. The Peep Mirror is 75mm in diameter, with a stainless steelcurved arm. Burtons RWD OilSumps for Zetec Eand Duratec HE14
enginesBurton Power have just released theirown performance oil sumps for ZetecE and Duratec HE14 engines.
These sumps are ideal for use on a kitcar or when transplanting one of theseengines into a rear wheel drive car.
The Zetec E Sump is an alloy castingmade from LM27 alloy and fitted with a bolt in baffle. It has been designed to allow easy fitmentof the Zetec E engine into Mk1/2 Escorts LHD & RHD. The sump is supplied with pickup, dipstick, dipstick tube, sump gasket and sealer, and fits bothSilver and Black top engines. Order as FZ654 at £441.00 inc. VAT.
Burtons also produce a fabricated steel wet sump for transplanting a Duratec HE14 into RWDEscorts 1/2 using a lowered rack World Cup crossmember. BMW upgrade specialists M-Style haveoffered Angel Eye conversions for some time now but it has been the tungsten type light with aslightly yellow glow. Now they are offering the most modern pure white LED type of light for themost up-to-date look.
The lamps come as complete replacement units featuring a black shell with a projector for thedipped beam.
The conversions will fit all BMW 1 Series models that came with halogen lamps as standard. Thelamps retail at £315 per pair including VAT .

M-Style “RS Style” DoorPulls for E46
M-Style has just released a Door PullConversion in the style of the PorscheRS door pulls. These items come as acomplete conversion kit to replace thestandard plastic door handles.
Although many customers will see theseas a styling conversion the door pulls dohave some practical functions. They are stronger than the plastic originals and will not break ifpulled hard in a track emergency or fire (or simply by over-enthusiastic kids!). They are easier tograb while wearing gloves - another trackday plus.
They are available in a choice of colours (‘Laguna’, Blue, Red [shown] White or Black) so acontrasting colour can be used to make them more visible in an emergency and they provide astronger and more secure grip on the door when opening in high winds - something worthconsidering during the winter months. A broken check-strap and a crease down the leading edgeof your door will be one annoyance you could do without. The M-Style pulls are made from seatbelt quality webbing with a solid metal mechanism, CNC milled out of 6061 aluminium billet forrace quality strength.
