Observa3ons  Part  One  l  400  male  street  youth  living  on  site  ,  ages  4-­‐17.  

l  Infirmary  on  site  (  not  staffed  ).

l  Bedding  /  maUresses  needed  for  dorms.

l  Medical  examina3ons  need  to  be  conducted  on  all  children  and  staff  (  possible  head  /  body  lice  &  malnutri3on  ).  

Observa3ons  Part  Three  l  No  signs  of  abuse  on  site  ,  staff  members  are  limited  but  caring  and  aUen3ve.

l  Large  kitchen  on  site.  

l  Unsanitary  drinking  water,  bio-­‐sand  water  filtra3on  needs  to  be  implemented  and  units  purchased.    

l  Addi3onal  latrines  need  to  be  installed  ,  overcrowding.    

Observa3ons  Part  Four  l  Youth  ages  10  and  under  need  to  be  separated  from  youth  ages  10-­‐  17  (  dorms  +  latrines  ).    

l  Children  need  to  be  vaccinated  (  Cholera  ,  Typhoid  etc).    

l  Dental  examina3ons  need  to  be  conducted  on  each  child.  

l  Psychological  evalua3ons  need  to  be  conducted  on  each  child  (  PTSD).    

l  Limage  Media  &  Nehemiah  Media  Arts  Program  best  launched  in  April  2015  

Courtyard  area    Ideal  for  a  possible  community  garden  area  where  the  children  can  learn  about  sustainability.

Dorm  areas  part  one  There  are  two  levels  and  mul3ple  large  rooms  for  the  boys  dorms.  There  is  minimum  storage  and  I  would  suggest  a  small  lock  box  for  each  child  to  have  a  secure  place  for  their  belongings  and  staff  members  to  have  one  master  key  for  each  child's  lock  box  (  skeleton  key).

Infirmary    Ideal  to  host  a  medical  clinic  for  a  short  term  medical  missions  team.

Pharmacy  inside  the  infirmary    Please  note  this  door  is  locked  at  all  3mes.  

Children's  ea3ng  lounge  Please  note  the  lack  /  existence  of  adequate  sea3ng  /chairs.  

Outdoor  wash  sta3on  for  cooking  pots    The  children  are  living  off  rice  and  beans  and  lacking  proper  nutrients  they  need  to  grow.  Also  the  area  where  these  pots  are  washed  and  tools  used  to  wash  them  are  very  unsanitary.  Proper  educa3on  is  required  for  staff  and  children  in  regards  to  proper  sanita3on.    

Class  room  that  is  currently  not  being  u3lized  This  is  perfect  for  workshops  and  training  .  Teachers  needed  for  daily  classes.    

Addi3onal  classroom  not  being  u3lized  Limage  Media  &  Nehemiah  Media  would  like  to  use  this  room  for  the  computer  and  media  lab.  Sponsors  are  needed  for  equipment.    

Large  classroom  that  needs  to  be  renovated    Limage  Media  &  Nehemiah  Media  wish  to  develop  this  into  the  art  room  and  install  work  benches,  easels  and  poUery  wheels  .    

Recording  Studio    Part  of  the  arts  program  and  team  ini3a3ve  I  am  crea3ng  to  provide  arts  training  and  skills  development  for  the  children  at  the  CAC.  This  is  through  corpora3on  with  www.limagemedia.com  ,  www.nehemiahmedia.com  ,  local  and  interna3onal  partners/teams.

External  wall  of  the  recording  studio    Arts  program  ini3a3ve  www.limagemedia.com  ,  www.nehemiahmedia.com  with  both  local  and  interna3onal  partners  /  teams.  This  is  the  re-­‐vamp  mural  project  that  needs  a  facelib  as  part  of  the  new  arts  program.      

Soccer  field  /  recrea3onal  area    Ample  space  for  children  to  run  around  and  exercise.  Internal  walls  lining  the  field  can  be  painted  with  sponsors  /  partners  logos  .  Soccer  balls  and  equipment  needed  for  the  children  (  sponsors  /  partners  can  have  logos  on  T-­‐shirts  for  the  children's  in  house  soccer  team  league  ).    

Addi3onal  recrea3onal  space  I  propose  a  play  structure  is  built  for  the  younger  children.  I  also  propose  that  the  available  concrete  zones  be  used  for  skateboarding  and  new  basketball  hoops  are  installed  as  well.  Sponsors  are  needed  to  develop  this  space.
