Since its launch, the TP series has always been at the forefront of times in numerous press shops. Besides the functions that have met the fabrication needs of customers, the TP-FX series is also digital network ready and helps to visualize operating conditions and maintenance information. Eco-counter and eco-idling functions save on energy and improve energy efficiency.

Eco-functions reduce power consumption

Advanced eco-functions are installed to achieve lower power consumption as compared with conventional machines.The TP-45FX, -60FX, -80FX, -110FX-, -150FX, and -200FX models can benefit from the taxation system to promote capital investment for productivity improvement until March 31, 2017 in Japan.
Eco-counter functionWhen the production count reaches the preset count, the motor automatically enters the idle condition and draws less power.

A TFT color touch screen is fitted as standard and provides better visibility and operability.
A new layout is adopted to provide visibility and intuitive operation.
Two-hand control panel with guard ringsOperability is improved by new guard rings and control buttons arranged not to obstruct the light curtain. Thin control panel (15 mm thinner than conventional panels) suited to a seated operator. Pictographs and Eng-lish labels are the same as those of the SDE series.
Setting die information and operationData set to use dies, or die information, can be stored in the machine (standard 20 dies).The stamping stroke count and rotary cam data settings can be changed all at once by switching the die information.
Maintenance managementMaintenance information required for stable operation, such as oil change history, special voluntary inspection history, and number of times equipment has operated, can be checked on the machine.
Safety standardSafety PLCs that meet the requirements of the safety standard ISO 13849-1 are adopted to increase reliability in safety.

Highly rigid frame and bolsterFrame deflection is minimized by computer-aided strain analysis to meet precision stamping needs. Consequently, stamping accuracy is improved and the part rejection rate is reduced.The instantaneous deflection of the bolster by the stamping load is mini-mized to achieve stable stamping quality and longer die life.
Die height displayed in minimum incrementsof 0.01 mm (except for TP-15FX, -25FX, and -35FX)
A motorized slide adjuster is installed as standard. Die height can be adjusted in minimum increments of 0.01 mm. Precision die setup can be accurately simulated.

There are available pneumatic die cushions with many years of proven performance and excellent durability, and hydropneumatic die cushions to expand the drawing range.

Two-stage reduction-geared transmission(TP-25FX, -35FX, -45FX, -60FX, and -80FX)
Planetary-geared transmission(TP-110FX, -150FX, and -200FX)
Rotation from the flywheel is transferred to the slide through a planetary-geared transmission (for medium-capacity models) or a two-stage reduction-geared transmission (low-capacity models). The results are higher reduction ratio, torque, and energy. A multiple-disc clutch-brake unit reduces air consumption when the clutch is turned on and off and transmits an appropriate braking force.
