Welcome Pre-School Educators Odyssey Preparatory Academy The non-profit Leadership Education Foundation was authorized as a public open enrollment charter school by the State Board of Texas in September 2010 Purpose: To establish a working partnership between Arrow Academy/Odyssey Preparatory and community pre-schools.
