Remember the Church in Your Will and Estate Planning - KBC received $27,577.64 this week from the estate of Janice Maloney. This is much appreciated and very generous of Mrs. Maloney to leave a portion of her estate to her church. When you include the church in your estate planning, you make a contribution that has a long-lasting effect on the church. April Newsletter - The Finance Committee would like to remind everyone there is a letter in the April Newsletter concerning the financial status of the church. If you receive your newsletter by email, regular mail, on the church website or by picking one up at church, please make sure you pay special attention to this letter. Quarterly Business Meeting - Today at 6:00 pm. You are invited to a miscellaneous shower for Rachel Daughtry, bride elect of Scott Mackey, today from 2:00-4:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. The shower is given by friends. Directory Committee Meeting - Monday, April 22nd at 7:00 pm in the Conference Room. Personnel Committee Meeting - Thursday, April 25th at 7:00 pm in the Conference Room. Meet-N-Eat - Monday, April 29th at 7:00 pm at IHOP. The “Backpack Buddies” program is an ongoing ministry KBC has with Knightdale Elementary School. Plastic bags, used to distribute the food, are not needed at this time, but there is an urgent need for food items.

2013 Spaghetti Lunch and Auction Needs - It's that time!! What can you donate for the 2013 Auction? We are looking for vacation rentals, pottery, plants/trees, jewelry, wreaths, artwork and of course your delicious eatables. The children’s worship leaders will only allow children to be picked up by a parent or adult from the nursery, toddler, 2-3 year old, 4-5 year old, or 6-7 year old classrooms.
